Material:
PUR filler

Peculiarities:
Two filler colors depending on subsequent finish:
- White filler for vehicles to be painted white
- Pueblo gray filler for all other colors of paints

Application procedure:
ESTA robots and manual (crimps)

Coating thickness:
- Manually applied coats 25 - 35 micro m
- ESTA automatically coated areas 30 - 36 micro m

Baking conditions:
The filler is cured in a drying booth for 45 min. The booth is subdivided into the following temperature zones: 71 degrees C, 240 degrees C, 160 degrees C, 155 degrees C, 154 degrees C (ambient air temperature).
The surface temperature on the body is between 150 degrees C and 165 degrees C for approx. 30 min.

Function:
- Protects body against corrosion and stone impact
- Compensates for irregularities in the surfaces below
- Enhances the appearance of the finished coat.
