GF91.29-P-2107-02GH Right Front Seat Adjustment Control Module, With Memory, Task
- as of 1.1.00
- with CODE (241) Memory for electrically adjustable left front seat
- with CODE (242a) Memory for electrically adjustable right front seat

Control modules
The control modules for front seat adjustment with memory, left/right (N32/1 or N32/2) actuate:
- four seat adjustment functions,
- The motor groups for seat forward/back (M27m1/M28m1), rear seat height (M27m2/M28m2) and front seat height (M27m3/ M28m3) as well as backrest adjustment (M27m5/M28m5) are identical in the left and right seat.

Function requirements
- circuit 15R on or (ignition switch in position 1 )
- circuit 15 on or (ignition switch in position 2 )
- driver's, passenger's door open

Adjustment function
- Front height adjustment
- Longitudinal adjustment
- Rear height adjustment
- Backrest adjustment

Grouping
The adjustment functions are divided into two groups. Only one motor per group can be actuated at once.
If the seat adjusting switch is activated for more than one adjusting function in a group, the functions are actuated in the following order:

Group 1:
- Rear height adjustment

Group 2:
- Longitudinal adjustment
- Front height adjustment
- Backrest adjustment

The seat position is detected by one potentiometer at the shafts of each of the individual adjustment function motors.
The rotational direction from engine to potentiometer is assigned automatically.

Button actuation valid to 31.08.01
Two possibilities exist for storing seat positions:
a. First the memory button (S91s9 or S92s9) is pressed and held down and the corresponding memory location button (S91s6/ S91s7/S91s8 or S92s6/S92s7/S92s8) is also pressed.
b. First the memory button (S91s9 or S92s9) is pressed and released again. Then the corresponding memory location button (S91s6/S91s7/S91s8 or S92s6/S92s7/S92s8) is pressed (within 3 s).
c. The positions are stored in the control module for left/right front seat adjustment with memory (N32/1, N32/2).

Memory function as of 01.09.01
- Press and hold down the memory switch (S92s9)for t ≥ 200 ms and also press one of memory location switch 1 (S92s6); memory location switch 2 (S92s7), memory location switch 3 (S92s8) for t≥100 ms.
- Press the memory switch (S92s9) for t ≥ 100 ms and release again.Then press one of memory location switch 1 (S92s6); memory location switch 2 (S92s7); memory location switch 3 (S92s8) within t ≤ 3 s, for t ≥ 100 ms memory after releasing the switch (S92s9).

Calling up the stored positions valid as of 01.09.01
If
- memory button 1 (S92s6) or
- memory button 2 (S92s7) or
- memory button 3 (S92s8)

Calling up the stored positions valid to 31.08.01
The appropriate memory location button (S91s6/S91s7/S91s8 or S92s6/S92s7/S92s8) is pressed until the seat has moved to the stored position.
For seat adjustment, one adjustment function per group is activated. If, while moving to a stored position, the position button is released, the adjustment is stopped immediately.

Interface valid to 31.08.01
The control module for left/right front seat adjustment (N32/1, N32/2) is connected via an interface to the AAM control module (N10). Via this interface, with appropriate button actuation, the control module provides the information that a stored position has been moved to or that a position is to be stored.

is pressed, the stored positions of the outside mirror are also automatically assumed, in addition to the seat adjustment.
The corresponding memory button is pressed until the stored position is assumed.
If, while moving to a stored position, the position button is released, the adjustment is stopped immediately.

Interface valid to 31.8.01
The control module for front seat adjustment with memory, left (N32/2) is connected via an interface to the all-activity module control module (N10) and the lower control panel control module (N72).
Via this interface, with appropriate button actuation, the control module provides the information that a stored position has been moved to or that a position is to be stored.
