^ The overhead control panel control unit recognizes the neutral position before the switch is actuated.

Function
The panoramic sliding roof is opened by moving the roof switch toward the rear of the vehicle to the pressure point. The overhead control panel control unit reads in the status of the roof switch and actuates the panoramic sliding roof motor (M12/6m1) and the panoramic sliding roof motor (M12/7m1) as long as the switch is actuated or until the panoramic sliding roof is completely open.

Renewed actuation is only possible again if the overhead control panel control unit has recognized the non-actuated state of the roof switch (switch was not pressed for more than 1 s).

Interruption of sequence
If the overhead control panel control unit detects a lock-up, the "Open panoramic sliding roof" function is interrupted.

The "Open panoramic sliding roof" function is restricted in the denormalized state. This allows to actuate the panoramic sliding roof motors for max. 1 s only.Release and then press switch again to reactuate

Function prerequisites for "Closing panoramic sliding roof"
^ No overvoltage or undervoltage
^ Circuit 15R
^ The overhead control panel control unit detects the non-actuated state before the switch is actuated (no actuation within t= 1 s).

Function
The "close panoramic sliding roof" function is only available when the panoramic sliding roof is in the normalized state. It is triggered by actuating the roof switch to the pressure point toward the front of the vehicle. The roof switch must remain manually pressed.

Then the overhead control panel control unit actuates the roller sun blind drive unit, the drive unit 1, the panoramic sliding roof, the drive unit 2, the panoramic sliding roof, which closes the panoramic sliding roof, and the roller sun blind. The drive units are actuated as long as the switch is pressed or until the panoramic sliding roof reaches its end position.

Interruption of sequence
^ The "close panoramic sliding roof" function is aborted if a lock-up of the panoramic sliding roof is detected.

The panoramic sliding roof is not equipped with an obstruction sensor.
