Drive position display
The current drive position is shown in the multifunction display (A1p13) in the instrument cluster (A1).
Via this display the adjusted drive position (P, R, N, D) 7-speed automatic transmission code 427 (NAG2) is shown by the intelligent servo module for DIRECT SELECT control unit (A80).

Transmission mode display
The transmission mode comfort "C" or Sport "S" and current gear (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, D) are shown in the multi-function display by the fully integrated transmission control (VGS) control unit (Y3/8n4).

The gear indicator and transmission mode display are shown as of "circuit 15 ON".
The required data come via the engine compartment CAN.

The display is hidden in the case of incorrect CAN signals.
