1 Turn key in EIS [EZS] control unit into position 1.
2 Press system selection button (S110s3) repeatedly until the kilometer reading or the temperature is shown at the top of the multifunction display (A1p13).
3 Briefly press trip odometer reset button (A1s3) 3 times.
An acoustic signal can be heard and the voltage is shown in the multifunction display (A1p13).
4 Press lower scroll forward/back button (S110s1)
The "Service menu" is shown at the top of the multifunction display (A1p13) .







5 Press the + and - buttons, adjustment of specific functions and volume control (S111s1) repeatedly until menu item "SERVICE DATA" is highlighted.
6 Confirm selection with lower system selection button (S110s3).
The sight bar marks the multidigit workshop code.
7 Note workshop code.
The workshop code is required for dynamic maintenance (ASSYST PLUS) in the WIS.
8 Press the top system selection button (S110s3) repeatedly until the kilometer reading or temperature is shown at the top of the multifunction display (A1p13).
9 Switch off ignition.
