Dynamic enrichment prevents jerking when accelerating.

If the throttle valve is opened quickly, a short-term mixed adaptation takes place. An additional quantity of fuel is added to the engine by the ME-SFI [ME] control unit in line with the performance map. The ignition angle is adjusted to "Early".

Fuel pressure fluctuations at the injection valves are prevented by the volume of the fuel distribution pipe.

Acceleration enrichment is dependent on:
- Coolant temperature
- Load change rate (accelerator rate)
- Engine speed
- Engine load
- Intake manifold length
- Camshaft position
- Correction programming with STAR DIAGNOSIS
