Component Identification:

Use of deployment device

1. Insert 2-pin connector (8) into unit to be scrapped
2. Dial rotary switch (4) to position "1".
3. Press battery control pressure switch (2) and deployment pressure switch (3) simultaneously.
4. On airbag with two ignition squibs it is necessary to ignite both.To do this, repeat steps 1 through 3 after plugging the ignition cable into the second squib.

Observe safety distance of 10 m to prevent danger of injury.
After a successful deployment, the deployment indicator lamp (5) flashes.
