Component Identification:

1 Remove cover (2) from front electrical prefuse box (F32) and detach wiring harness (4).
2 Disconnect cable tie (4a) and lay wiring harness (4) on engine
3.1 Except model 204.065, 207.357:

Disconnect electrical connectors (8, 9, 10), detach engine wiring harness and place to one side.

3.2 Model 204.065, 207.357:

Unclip and disconnect electrical connector for engine wiring harness on hot film mass air flow sensor.

Component Identification:

4 Remove ground line to left front ground point (at lamp unit) (W9).
5.1 For vehicles with automatic transmission:

Remove shield (13) and disconnect connector for electronic transmission control (14).

5.2 For vehicles with manual transmission:

Disconnect electrical connector to backup lamp switch (S16/2).

Component Identification:

6 Unclip electrical connector for left oxygen sensor upstream of catalytic converter (G3/3x1), right oxygen sensor upstream of catalytic converter (G3/4x1), left oxygen sensor downstream of catalytic converter (G3/5x1) and right oxygen sensor downstream of catalytic converter (G3/6x1) and lines for oxygen sensor from retaining clamp and disconnect.
7 Detach ground line (6) from vehicle body.
