M13 Heating water circulation pump

Location
The coolant circulation pump is located at the right front of the engine compartment.

Task
The coolant circulation pump ensures uniform coolant flow through the heater heat exchanger at low engine speeds and during residual heat mode.
The actuation of the coolant circulation pump takes place discretely by the front signal acquisition and actuation module (SAM) (N10/1).
