1 Release cover (18.1) at catches (arrows A) and remove from glove box (18).
2 Wrap felt tape around wiring harness (19) and black coupling of Walkman connecting point (X39/45).
3 Slide wiring harness (19) and black coupling of Walkman connecting point (X39/45) between the glove box (18) and the insulation mat (20) and fix in place using fabric adhesive tape.






4 Disassemble the expansion clip included in the scope of delivery, and insert inside pin (21) of expansion clip into Walkman connecting point (X39/45) in the glove box (18).
This rules out any further usage of the Walkman connecting point (X39/45) which is no longer functional.






5 Clip multimedia connection (8.1) of MediaNavigation Center connecting cable (8), as shown, into the cover (18.1).






6 Place cover (18.1) with MediaNavigation Center connecting cable (8) into front passenger footwell.
7 Route MediaNavigation Center connecting cable (8), as shown, from installation location of glove box into MediaNavigation Center recess and fix in place using a cable tie.
