1 Route navigation module wiring harness (1) from installation position area of glove box to radio opening.
The black 12-pin connector must be in the glove box installation location area; it is connected later on to the navigation module bracket.
The black, 12-pin connector is connected to the radio at a later stage.
2 Fasten navigation module wiring harness (1), starting with black, 12-pin connector, to wiring harness for low voltage differential signal and Traffic Message Channel (TMC) navigation module antenna line in place using cable ties.
3 Install black, 12-pin connector of navigation module wiring harness (1) into free slot of black, 44-pin connector of radio.
If the slot in the black 44-pin connector is occupied, then the lines of the black 12- pin connector have to be changed over. Care should be taken here to ensure that only one line at any time is removed from the black 12-pin connector and inserted into the vehicle's 12-pin connector.
