Suspension: Description and Operation
AH32.34-P-0001-01A Notes On Active Roll Stabilization
^ It is essential to clean the line and hose connections before performing work on hydraulic components of the ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM.
Do not allow dirt or machining residue (e.g. metal shavings, lint and so on) to enter the system through open line and hose connections.
^ Ensure that sealing surfaces and connections are clean before assembly.
^ Check the O-rings; install new ones if necessary and apply hydraulic fluid before assembly.
^ The hydraulic lines and hoses must be attached to the connections free of tension and must be routed such that they do not rub against other components.
^ Ensure absolute cleanliness when pouring in the hydraulic fluid. Minute dirt particles can cause damage to the ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM.
The funnel with filter must not be used with other service fluids. To prevent damage caused by dirt entering the ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM, keep the funnel with filter in a dust-proof container.
