Leak Test, Removed

Evacuating Compressor With Pressing-off Plate:

1. With refrigerant compressor removed, install pressing-off plate with existing hex screw.
2. Connect service line (4) from manifold gauge set to pressing-off plate.
3. Allow R12 to flow into compressor while turning shaft in clockwise direction a few turns.
4. Test for leaks with leak testing device and repair as needed.
