SUBJECT: ENGINE BLOCK HEATER INSTALLATION MODELS 107, 123, 126 AND 201


New engine block heaters are now available in kit form for subsequent installation in models 107, 123, 126 and 201.

The new kit (part no. 901 203 00 95) is applicable to engine types 102.961, 102.985, 116.96/117.96, 617.95 and 601.921. It is also applicable to engine types 616.912 and 617.912 starting model year 1980.

The attached Work Instructions, No. 152, 153, 154, 155, 156 and 170 detail the proper installation procedures.

IMPORTANT: The previous block heater kit remains applicable for all naturally aspirated diesel engines prior to model year 1980. This kit is now part no. 900 203 49 95 (previously 900 203 48 95 and 916 203 48 95).
