Pressure testing
Cylinder head will need pressure-testing if cracks are suspected (water losses).
1 Bolt pressure-testing plate to clean cylinder head.
2 Close bores and connections.
3 Connect air hose (1) and adjust air pressure to 2 bar positive (atmosphere).







4 Fasten cylinder head to suspension fixture and dip into heated water tank (80 °C)
5 Find leakage if bubbles begin to rise.
