System Blows Cold Air Into Passenger Compartment

COMPLAINT:
In operating positions "EC" or "normal adjustment" system blows cold air into passenger compartment during operation when engine is still cold (coolant temperature <33 °C).

Cause/Remedy:
Main air flap is constantly open and blower motor starts after 10 seconds, except when button "off" is pushed, since temperature switch (2) is damaged (ground connection).
Check and replace, if required.
Tighten temperature switch to 15 ± 3 Nm only.
