System Not Attaining Pleasent Temperature Condition, Regularly

COMPLAINT:
System not attaining pleasent temperature condition. In-car temperature as well as blower speed are fluctuating regularly and slowly up and down.

Cause/Remedy:
Air let nozzle not operating correctly or binding. or hose not connected to in-car sensor, air jet nozzle or front wall pillar.

Check connection of in-car temperature sensor-ventilation, air jet nozzle and hose. If hose is correctly installed and connected. check whether residual glue inside hose (damping member) obstructs passage (arrow).

Perform smoke test to check air jet nozzle. Smoke should be attracted over grille on in-car sensor. If air flows out over grille, exchange air jet nozzle (47).
