Description of On-Board Diagnostics

The Control units used in the CIS injection and TSZ ignition systems do not have On-Board Diagnostic capabilities and, consequently, do not store diagnostic trouble codes (DTC's)!

Troubleshooting should be conducted using the tools and technics provided under "System Tests". Be sure to review "Diagnosis By Symptom Chart" and "Checking the Basics" for other important information regarding testing these systems.
