Fuel Pump Relay: Description and Operation

The fuel pump relay controls operation of the fuel pumps.
The relay is energized only during engine cranking or while the engine is running by the CIS-E control unit. If the engine stops with the ignition turned (ON), the CIS-E control unit will interrupt the ground circuit for the fuel pump relay.
