NIPPONDENSO A/C COMPRESSOR 10P15 (ENGINE 103) TO 08/89






Fan and fan shroud
- remove, install.
Poly V-belt
- remove, install.
Spring plate (61)
- remove with pin wrench 000 589 00 05 00 and puller 126 589 06 33 00,
- check gap 0.5-0.15 mm, correct with shims (62).
- Tighten to 16 ± 1.0 Nm.
Circlip (63)
- use circlip pliers (outside) to remove, install.
V-belt pulley (65)
- use plastic hammer to knock off, on, clean friction surface.
Roller bearing (67)
- replace where required by removing circlip (68) and pressing roller bearing out, in with special tool 126 589 06 43 00.
Circlip (69)
- remove, install.
Magnetic clutch (71)
- remove, install, by opening, closing plug housing on a/c compressor.

Bearing punch (rotating part), not required for assembly with hand lever press.
