Temperature Sensor Table:

The coolant temperature sensor is a negative temperature coefficient (NTC) type resistor, which means that its resistance decreases as coolant temperature increases.

The sensor measures coolant temperature and sends information to the CIS-E and EZL control units for air/fuel mixture, idle speed, and timing correction. From the second terminal of the sensor information is sent to the fuel pump relay for operation of the cold start injector. Nominal test values are the same for both temperature signals.
