Magnetic Coil

Attention! Refrigerant system remains filled.

Checking:






Loosen electric lines for magnetic coil (arrows) and check power input. Nominal value:
- warm approx. 3.75 A
- cold approx. 4.2 A.

Removal:






1. Remove V-belt.
2. Remove spring plate and V-belt pulley.






3. Remove locking ring in front of magnetic coil and remove coil.

Installation:

Attention! Tapered surface of locking rings should be front end.

7. Mount magnetic coil (fitted pin) and install locking ring (arrow).
8. Install V-belt pulley.
9. Place spacing washer on compressor shaft and mount spring plate.
10. Install refrigerant compressor, V-belt and tensioning roller.
11. Check air-conditioning system for function. Refer to "Function Tests". Testing and Inspection
