Blower Motor CAN Not Be Switched "Off"

SYMPTOM DESCRIPTION:

Blower motor cannot be switched off via the (O) "OFF" function button.

CAUSE/REMEDY:

^ BLOWER REGULATOR DEFECTIVE. Replace as necessary.
