WARRANTY CLAIMS FOR OUTSIDE REAR VIEW MIRRORS
ALL MODELS

A large percentage of outside rear view mirrors are being returned with the front mirror surface damaged. In most cases, the damage can be attributed to the use of abrasive cleaning/polishing materials. This can occur by using abrasive cleaners to clean the mirror or by accidentally hitting the mirror when machine polishing the car.

In the future, all warranty claims for this type of damage will be rejected.
