The stock removal of the cylinder head and the crankcase of the engine must together be not more than 0.40 mm.
Permissible Deviation:
Of Parallelism : 0.10 mm
Permissible deviation of parallelism of top-to-bottom contact surface of crankcase in longitudinal direction.
From Unevenness Of Contact Surface:
Longitudinally: 0.08 mm
Transversely: 0.00 mm
Surface Finish Peak-To-Valley Height: 0.003 - 0.010 mm
