Outlet Temperature and Air Distribution Incorrect

SYMPTOM DESCRIPTION:

Footwell flaps open too late or not at all. After the footwell flaps open, heated air enters for a short time, thereafter only cool air. Heated air is detected at the center outlets at times. The air temperature from the lateral outlets is obviously lower than that of the center outlets.

CAUSE/REMEDY:

^ AUXILIARY (CIRCULATING) COOLANT PUMP NOT OPERATING. Replace as necessary.
^ HEAT EXCHANGER DIRTY OR DAMAGED. Flush cooling system or renew heat exchanger as necessary.
