Workshop Equipment:

When the coupe roof is fitted on, open a window of the car to prevent window from being pressed out by the air pressure when a door is closed.

Install windshield within 10 minutes after applying glue bead before adhesive force of glue starts to decrease.

The curing time, calculated from the time the window is installed, is approx. 1 hour.

1. Position both suction cups on windshield
2. Center windshield above window cutout with second mechanic and position so that strips of tape coincide.
3. Mount windshield onto adhesive bead and press on sufficiently until it is resting at the top on the rubber section and at the bottom on the heat exchanger or the retaining strips.

Component Identification:

4. Secure windshield to prevent it from slipping off with appropriate locating pin at the bottom windshield stops.
