A. Introduction - Model 210

These Work Instructions show the proper procedures for installation of the GPS navigation system in model 210 sedans, without Parktronic. The installation must be conducted precisely as described with the material supplied (screws, lock washers, etc.) only. Before starting installation make sure to get the CD for the navigation unit; it is not a part of this kit.

For safety reasons, the place of installation of any component (Figure 1) in the passenger compartment must not be altered by the MB dealer or the end customer. Furthermore, the display unit (DU) must not be removed without the removal of the attachment parts by an authorized MB dealer.

Note:
Dark window tinting may affect GPS reception and system performance, please advise customer accordingly.
