Checking and Adjusting Rear Toe Angle

Toe-in is difference between distance of front end of front wheels to rear wheels measured at rim flanges.
Elastic support of control arms requires a higher toe-in value, which is reduced to correct size when driving. When measuring toe-in, spread wheels apart using a suitable wheel spreading tool. This will eliminate any elasticity in steering linkage. Adjust toe-in to specifications.
