POWER WINDOW ELECTRIC DRIVE REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

Please note that power window electric drive failures do not necessitate replacement of the entire power window lifter assembly (window regulator and electric drive). In such cases, only the electric drive (motor and/or door control module) must be replaced.

The electric drive can be replaced separately. Dismounting the window regulator is not necessary to achieve this.

Window regulators will no longer be accepted with future warranty claims for power window electric drive failures.
