- Hot film mass air flow sensor with integrated intake air temperature sensor (rectangular connector, round bayonet lock discontinued)
- Models with engine 111, air conditioning and electric suction fan: fan control by means of ME-SFI control module
- Starter recognition through circuit 50
- Starter control on model 170 and model 202 with engine 111
- Intake manifold changeover with engine 104
- Boost pressure control, compressor control on engines with turbocharging
- Twin-spark ignition coils with engine 111 and 104
- Reversing with modified pedal value sensor characteristic
