Rollbar switch (convenience)

Purpose
Switch for convenience actuation of rollbar (extending and retracting).

Design
The rollbar switch (convenience, S83) is a voltage-coded changeover switch with integrated indicator lamp.

Function
The switch contacts are open in the non-actuated position.

When actuated an electric current flows from the rollbar/soft top operation control module (N52) through the switch to vehicle ground. This current assumes different values depending on the electrical resistance of the switch positions (voltage coding)
