Function of closing windows and sliding roof with convenience feature and lock switch in driver's door
Actuation of the left front door lock switch (CF) (S86/1) causes the central locking to lock the vehicle. Moreover, if the lock switch is actuated for longer than 5 seconds the front driver-side door control module (N69/1) transmits a CAN message to close the windows and sliding roof with the convenience feature. This message is transmitted as long as the lock switch is actuated. The overhead control panel control module (N70) closes the sliding/pop-up roof with the convenience feature. The door control modules close the windows with the convenience feature.
Function of closing with convenience feature and trunk lid lock switch
In this case actuation of the trunk lid lock switch (CF) (S88/2) causes a CAN message to be transmitted by the PSE control module (combined) (A37).
When the button "unlock vehicle" is pressed, the windows and sliding roof are opened using the convenience feature.
