Function of One-Touch Window Up/Down Control

Function prerequisites
- Voltage not too low or too high and
- Circuit 15 on or circuit 15R on

Function
The one-touch window up/down function can be actuated by pressing the power window switch beyond the first catch point in the opening or closing direction. The corresponding door control module then receives a CAN message and actuates the associated power window until the window is completely closed or opened even when the switch is released before this time.

If the window has not been synchronized the manual window up/down function is performed instead of the one-touch window up/down function.

NOTE: The manual window up/down function is present instead of the one-touch window up/down function in the (USA), (J), (CON) and (AUS) versions of model 208

Interruption of function
The one-touch up/down function is interrupted when
- the power window switch is pressed again after it has been in the center position,
- the power window locks up,
- the function prerequisites are no longer fulfilled
- the pinch protection has tripped while rolling up
- Desynchronization occurs while rolling down.
