Maintenance Vouchers (Service Sheets)

Service Sheet (Example):

The new service sheets as part of the Flexible Service System (FSS)(Also known as the Active Service System [ASSYST]) eliminate the previous distinction between inspection service and maintenance service.

A-Service (minor service) and B-Service (major service) have been introduced in their place.

The service items carried out should be documented in the spaces provided in front of the job titles. It is essential to ensure that the specified individual jobs items are performed completely.
The information contained in the spaces after the job titles indicates which job item should be performed in the case of A-Service (minor service) or B-Service (major service). Mark in the space after these boxes to indicate components which were not in proper condition when car was brought into the shop.

The "additional work" should be explained by the Service Advisor to the customer and an appropriate note made on the service sheet as to whether this additional work is to be carried out or not.

NOTE: The service records section (page 13) of the customer's service booklet should be completed in full for each service carried out (A) or (B), along with the MB dealer stamp and service advisor's signature.
