Function of Rear Window Wiper Motor
The rear window wiper motor (M6/4) is actuated by the PSE control module
(combined) (A37).
Wiper motion:
The rear window wiper is located in the rest position and the cam switch is actuated. Relay K1 is actuated by the PSE control module. The rear window wiper motor (M6/4) starts running. The cam switch is released. The motor then continues to run even though the relay is no longer actuated. Upon reaching the rest position the cam switch is actuated. If relay K1 is no longer actuated the motor is braked by a short circuit through a coil.
