Rear Mounts of Rear Axle Mounting

NOTE:
^ Numbers in parentheses ( ) indicate a component or tool in the associated illustration.
^ Refer to Complete Rear Axle/Suspension, for additional information and procedures.

REMOVAL
- Using the removal and installation tool 202 589 03 43 00 with parts (01a, 01c), or equivalents, pull press rubber mount (1b) out of the rear axle carrier

INSTALLATION





- Coat rubber mount with lubricant naphthalene H part No. 000 989 01 60, or equivalent
- Using removal and installation tool parts (01c, O1f, 01g), pull in rubber mount (1b).
- Install lower section of installation tool (01g) on the rubber mount (lb) so that the lugs are not damaged during installation
