Vehicle Damage Warnings
NOTES ON HANDLING BRAKE FLUID^ Do not allow brake fluid to come into contact with the vehicle's paint as it contains elements which act as a solvent on the paint
^ If despite all care brake fluid does come into contact with the paint, the affected surface must be rinsed immediately with plenty of water (do not rub off brake fluid)
^ Brake fluid is highly hydroscopic, i.e. it absorbs moisture, which reduces the boiling point Therefore brake fluid should only be stored in closed, properly sealed containers (original containers)
USED BRAKE FLUID MUST NOT BE REUSED
^ Brake fluid is colorless to yellow and thus easily confused with mineral oil products
^ Therefore only take brake fluid from original containers and store separately from mineral oils and other fluids
