Shift Detent

LOCATION
- The shift detent system is integrated in the floor selector.

TASK
- To fix selector lever positions 4, 3, 2, 1.

DESIGN
- The shift detent system consists of a shift detent (67a) in which a spring-loaded ball is located and the shift gate (67b) with 4 recesses under each other.

FUNCTION
- When the selector lever is moved between selector lever positions 4, 3, 2 and 1, the shift detent (67a) engages in one of the 4 recesses in the shift quite (67b).
