Mercedes Benz has used two different Air Conditioning (A/C) Systems over the years. Some vehicles may have more than one system available in any given year. Refer to the systems and applications below to help identify the system or systems equipped on your vehicle.

Note: The 129 chassis M.Y. 1997 has one of two possible systems. Use the images of the A/C controls to determine which system you have and which diagnostics to use.
