Lethal hazard
During the demagnetizing operation magnetic fields are present, which can lead to lethal heart rhythm disruptions for persons with active electronic implants (e.g. heart pacemakers).

Rules of behavior/protective measures
- Persons with such electronic implants should not work with the demagnetizing coil or remain in the vicinity when such work is being performed
- When demagnetizing ensure that no one with electronic implants is in the vicinity.
