MERCEDES-BENZ SPECIAL TOOLS FOR PASSENGER VEHICLES

Included is a copy of the MB-Special Tools for Passenger Vehicles Inventory list, which has been updated to include the current MB-Special Tools, category A & B (and an occasional category K), required for the service, repair and maintenance of Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles. This listing is current up to and including Model Year 1998. Market Managers and Service Operations Managers will receive five (5] copies with this bulletin. The inventory list must be completed when preparing a package for a prospective dealer, buy-out, relocation or reorganization. It's review is included as part of the Mercedes-Benz Standards Dealer Review for all existing dealers. The list documents inventory status and acts as a worksheet to determine which tools the dealer needs to order directly from his facing PDC via MB-Net. However, new Model Year category A & B tools will continue to be distributed automatically.

The lists are compiled in two ways:
































- first, by the "Tool Number" ascending order (first 10 illustrations).



































- second, by the "Service Group Numbers" order (following 11 illustrations).
