- with CODE (228) Stationary heater [models 203 up to 23.4.04, 215 up to 31.8.02, 220 up to 31.8.02, 209.3 up to 31.5.04, 230.4 up to 08]


Heater operation can be activated immediately manually or is automatically activated at the preset time.

The manual triggering can be conducted with:
^ the radio remote control sending unit STH (A8/3) from a max. distance of 300 m
or
^ the stationary heater switch (S46) for models 215, 220 (up to 31.08.02) or stationary heater switch (N72s12) for models 203, 209, 230 in the vehicle itself

For an automatic triggering the
^ STH radio remote control receiver (A6/1)
(for models 215, 220 up to 31.05.00)
or
^ instrument cluster (A1)
(for models 215, 220 as from 01.06.00 and models 203, 209, 230)
must have a preselect time activated in them.
