Dismantle/Assemble Rear Tubular Shaft With Rear Free Wheel

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove transmission housing at converter housing
2. Remove multiple-disc clutch K1, K2 and K3
3. Remove circlip (45h), shim (459) and thrust needle bearing (45f) from tubular shaft (45a).
- Check O-rings (45b), replace if necessary
4. Pull off rear sun gear (45e) complete with inner multipie-disc carrier/K3 and rear freewheel (45d)
5. Remove snap ring (45c) for freewheel
6. Press the freewheel off the sun gear

ASSEMBLY
- Assemble in reverse order, noting the following information:
- The thrust washer of the freewheel (45d) must point towards the snap ring (45c)
- Install tubular shaft (45b) on freewheel and press in while turning
- Check circlip (45h) for correct seating
