Commercially Available Tools:
1. Insert cutter (6) approx. 15 mm deep into collet and tighten collet nut (7).
Check basic adjustment on depth stop screws (13, 14, 15) on turntable depth stop (5) and adjust if necessary.
Depth stop screw (13) Dimension a = 54.0 mm
Depth stop screw (14) Dimension b = 52.0 mm
Depth stop screw (15) Dimension c = 48.5 mm
2. Position manual router (1) on milling table (12) and carefully press against wood surface on handles. Tighten arresting knob (2).
Do not switch on manual router.
3. Set cutting depth on depth limitation pin (3) to light colored/low set depth stop screw (15). Arrest depth limitation pin (3) with arresting screw (4). Adjustment dimension: d=8.5 mm
4. Loosen arresting knob (2).
Cut out the switch openings in three milling steps:
1st cutting step Limitation pin (3) on black stop screw (13),
2nd cutting step Limitation pin (3) on light colored, high stop screw (14),
3rd cutting step Limitation pin (3) on light colored, low stop screw (15).
5. Check turntable depth stop (5) on manual router to black stop screw (13) for 1st cutting step.
6. Switch on manual router (1) and press down on both handles against stop. Tighten arresting knob (2).
7. Guide manual router along duplicating template (11) in clockwise direction (direction of arrow).
8. Switch off manual router (1).
9. Change turntable depth stop (5) for next cutting step, repeat cutting operation as described in step 5.
After completing the 3rd cutting step, switch off manual router (1) and after the cutting spindle has come to a stop, lift off of milling table (12).
