Removing and Installing Electronic Accelerator Actuator With Throttle Valve Body







Removing, installing
1 Remove cover of intake manifold (1)
2 Remove hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5)
3 Unscrew bolts (4) and take off flap connection (3)


NOTE: Detach secondary air injection line (7) and vacuum line (8).


4 Separate plug connection of electronic accelerator actuator (M16/1x1)


CAUTION: Press together locking catches.


5 Unscrew bolt (4) and take off electronic accelerator actuator (M16/1)
- Detach vacuum line (6)


NOTE: Installation: Inspect whether strainer (5) can be re-used.

6 Install in the reverse order
