Function
First of all the desired park position for the passenger side outside rearview mirror should be set manually using the outside rearview mirror high/low, inwards/outwards rocker switch (S1s6) in the light switch module (S1). Storage of the park position is conducted via the left front door seat adjustment switch train (memory) (S91/2) (Right-hand steering: right front door seat adjustment switch train (memory) (S92/2)).

After pressing the Memory switch (S91/2s9) for t <= 100 ms and then pressing the "Lower mirror" button on the outside rearview mirror high/low, inwards/outwards rocker switch (S1s6) within t < 3s the current outside rearview mirror position is stored as the park position.

The park position data is filed in a designated area in one of the updated storage block numbers in the right front, door-control module (N69/2) (Right-hand steering: left front. door-control module (N69/1).

NOTE: The park position data is stored only if the available key number is a valid one.
