Manual Raising/Lowering of Power Windows

Function requirements
- No overvoltage/undervoltage
- Circuit 15R or circuit 15 ON

Function
The manual raising/lowering function is actuated by pulling back or pushing forward a power window switch in the "open" or "close" direction as far as the first click-stop position. The respective door control module (N69/1, N69/2, N69/3 or N69/4) then actuates the power window motor (M10/3. M10/4, M10/5 or M10/6) for as long as the switch is actuated.

NOTE: Model 203.7 has no rear door control modules or power window motors.

Function overview

Manual raising
The "manual raising" button function effects window movement for
- Normalized windows with excess force limiters (obstruction sensors)
- Non-normalized windows without excess force limiters (obstruction sensors)

The "manual raising" function is performed for as long as an actuation of the corresponding operating switch is detected. When actuation is no longer detected, the window adjustment is immediately aborted.

Manual lowering
The "manual lowering" button function effects window movement without excess force limitation. It can be performed without normalization.

The "manual lowering" function is performed for as long as an actuation of the corresponding operating switch is detected.

When actuation is no longer detected, the window adjustment is immediately aborted.
