Transmitting Remote Control Signal

When a button on the transmitter key is pressed, the key transmits a signal by radio initial, and then by infrared (IR). The signal contains a code to verify the access authorization and a command to execute a function.

The radio transmission has a longer range. For the IR transmission, the transmitter key must be aimed at the IR receiver in the door handle.
