Removal
1 Release catch spring (2) with flat screwdriver

CAUTION: Avoid damaging paint

2 Remove covering (1)

Installation
3 Move catch spring (2) to original position
4 Check position of outside rearview mirror turn signal connector (5) on outside rearview mirror (4) and outside rearview mirror turn signal connector on cover (1)

CAUTION: Outside rearview mirror turn signal connector (5 and 6) should be inserted correctly into the outside rearview mirror (4) and the cover (1) so that it cannot be damaged when the cover (1) is pulled over

5 Pull over covering (1)

CAUTION: Ensure that the outside rearview mirror turn signal connector (5) is connected correctly. The covering (1) should be fastened with the catch spring (2) in the end position

6 Check turn signal (3) for proper function.
